Atlas 10x Taq Buffer is a ready-to-use buffer to be used for Atlas Taq, Atlas HotTaq, Atlas RedTaq and Atlas LongTaq enzymes in PCR reactions. Does not contain MgCl2.
Composition: 100 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0 at 25°C), 1 mM DTT, 0.1 mM EDTA, 100 mM KCl, 0.5% Nonidet P40,
0.5% Tween 20 and 50% glycerol.
